For your convenience, please contact us to verify the list of carriers that we currently accept. Should you have any further questions in determining your insurance coverage benefits, please inquire with us and we will be happy to assist.

Prior to contacting us to schedule a visit, please confirm with your carrier that we are a participating provider with your specific plan. We highly encourage you to thoroughly understand your insurance benefits, including what services your carrier will or will not cover and any special facilities that may be utilized for labs and x-ray services that Dr. Yoon might order for you. This is important, as we cannot be held responsible for services not covered by your insurance plan or for services rendered to you at non-contracted out of network facilities.

As a courtesy to insurance patients, we will bill both primary and secondary medical insurances. To do so, please submit proof of all current insurance coverage at the time of your visit. Without current proof of coverage, payment for services will be required at the time service is rendered. If insurance information is submitted after the date of service, we will gladly bill your insurance and refund your payment.

As is required from your coverage plan, all co-payments and/or deductibles are due at the time of service.
